Voting policy
In accordance with Article 322-75 of the General Rules of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (French market authority), Sycomore Asset Management has established a voting policy that is updated as the need arises and that describes how it intends to exercise the voting rights attached to shares held within the mutual funds that it manages.
Voting rights report
In accordance with Article 322-76 of the General Rules of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers, Sycomore Asset Management draws up a yearly report on how it exercised the voting rights attached to shares held within the mutual funds that it manages.
Report on intermediation costs
In accordance with Article 314-82 of the General Rules of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers, Sycomore Asset Management draws up a yearly report on the assistance it has obtained in investment decision-making and order-execution as part of a shared-billing brokerage fee agreement.
Policy for selecting order-execution entities
In accordance with Article 314-75-1 of the General Rules of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers, Sycomore Asset Management has established a policy for selecting and evaluating the entities that provide it with assistance in investment decision-making and order-execution.
